Shields is local. If you have a claim you don’t have to talk to a recording. I had a claim with (my former company) and I always talked to a recording for hours. No thanks! I changed to Shields and it saved me money so I told my daughter and she saved a lot of money too. I have had Shields for my home for 50 years but didn’t know they sold Auto insurance. Now everything is at Shields. The staff is excellent. I should have done this years ago.
